I JUST WANT TO DANCE

The Strobing lights Hit you, as You walk In.

The Thumping club music, Ignites something Within.

You see every single Guy, look your Way.

You flash that Smile and there’s Nothing you need to Say.

A Drink is the Only thing, on your Mind.

But an Open spot at the Bar, is hard to Find.

You Wave to the bartender, he Nods and hands you a Beer.

You Turn and Look, because the Music you now Hear.

Your beer is Gone, the Dj starts playing Your song, and Now it’s time to Dance.

You see a Guy, you flash that Smile and you Have him with just a Glance.

As soon as you Touch, you feel that familiar Rush and your Bodies start to Move.

A Grab here, a Caress there… his skin feels so Smooth.

You Surrender yourself to the Beat and Feel the music take Control.

Your Movements are a thing of Beauty, because the Rhythm’s in your Soul.

The Dance floor is Packed and the temperature is Rising.

You Know your on Fire and in That, there’s no Denying.

It’s Only been an Hour, but it’s Time to lose the Shirt.

You Slowly take it Off and Everything starts to Work.

You look Around and it seems all Eyes are on You.

You Move a little Slower so they can All enjoy the View.

You feel someone Behind you, it’s someone else’s Turn.

He Pulls you a little Closer and your Skin begins to Burn.

You close your Eyes, as guys Come and Go.

Your in your own World, as your Energy starts to Flow.

Someone whispers, “Let’s get a drink”.

You open your Eyes, you flash that Smile and he doesn’t know What to Think.

You give him a Kiss, turn to the Next guy, and he Smiles as you continue to Dance.

You Belong to No One, but while your on the Dance floor, Everyone gets a Chance.

Your now soaking Wet because you’ve been Dancing for Hours.

You know they All want You, they All feel your Power.

Finally it’s Last call, so time for one last Drink.

You make your Way through the crowd… “Did that Guy just Wink?”

You keep Going, you keep Flirting, but all you want to do is Dance.

Then you see Him, the Guy that You want, and you Get him with Just a Glance.

It’s His turn Now, maybe He’s the One, before this night is Over.

One last Dance, then the lights come Up and he places his Hand on your Shoulder.

“Can I get your Number”, he Whispers in your Ear.

You Flash that Smile, run your Hand down his Chest, but make one thing Crystal Clear.

You only came to Dance and this is all just a Game; that I Definitely love to Play.

You give him a Kiss, you say “Maybe next time”, and then your on your Way.

Your out in the Night, you see Street lights in the Rear view and you Flash that Smile one last Time.

You know you’ll be back, To Dance again tomorrow night, because when I’m on the Club Scene, “This World… is all Mine!”
