WHAT WILL I SEE

When I look into the distant Future

I wonder…What will I see?

Will it be Fame and Fortune?

Is it Everything I wish it to Be?

Will I be Happy?

Will I just be Content?

Will I have Everything I’ve ever Hoped for?Will my Time be well Spent?

I hope I will have Found the Answers,

To some of life’s Greatest Questions.

Hopefully my Eyes will have been Opened

and I no longer Live in my Jaded

Perceptions.

I wish to be Wiser

and a little less Brash.

To Understand what’s Truly important,

is All that I can Ask.

It all may Seem superficial

but Hopefully one thing remains True.

When I look into that Distant Future, all I Really want to see…
